- Account information: name, email address, mobile phone number, role, and the business entity you are associated with, provided during account setup or employee onboarding.
- Phone number: collected when you provide it during account registration or employee onboarding. Used to send SMS notifications as described in Section 3.
- Usage data: records of platform activity, queries, and system events maintained for operational and audit purposes.

- To manage your account and provide access to the Onysko WineTech platform.

3. SMS/Text Messaging
By providing your mobile phone number during account registration or employee onboarding, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Onysko WineTech.

- Operational notifications (work schedules, lab results)
- Business alerts and system status updates
- Portal invitations for authorized account holders
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency varies based on account activity.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

- We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We share information only with trusted service providers strictly as necessary to deliver the Onysko WineTech services. We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for message delivery and is subject to Twilio's privacy policy. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Data Retention
Records required for federal or state regulatory compliance may be retained for the period required by applicable law (typically 3–7 years). You may request deletion of non-compliance records at any time by contacting us.
