Winemaking services · Operations platform
Onysko WineTech operates as both a winemaking services provider and a cloud-based operations platform — built for the regulatory and operational realities of TTB-permitted production at federally bonded custom crush facilities.
01 What we do
A bonded production facility can make wine if you tell it what to do. Most brand owners can't. Onysko WineTech provides the winemaker who can — and the software that gives both sides visibility into the work.
Service
For brand owners who want their own Napa Valley wine but don't have a winemaker on staff. We act as winemaker-of-record — making the production decisions a bonded facility cannot make on your behalf.
Sourcing fruit, directing crush and ferment, managing the oak program, navigating TTB labeling and COLA approvals, coordinating glass and packaging, and delivering finished cased goods on schedule.
Platform
For custom crush facilities and the brand owners producing through them. A cloud-based platform handling production scheduling, lab analytics, bottling coordination, brand and label management, and authorized client communication.
Currently deployed at Napa Wine Company, serving facility operations staff and the 50+ winery client brands that produce wine through their bonded facility.
